As a mental skills trainer I have developed numerous interventions and workshops to introduce and further develop the topic of mental skills and mental wellness to a plethora of athletes and coaches.
Each intervention or workshop is specific and individual for each group. The central idea may be similar but they are designed with the specific needs and requirements of the group or individual in mind.
These interventions are not restricted to athletes, coaches and those involved with sport, they are beneficial for anyone to enhance and develop their own mental skills and mental wellbeing. They can vary from enhancing confidence, improving performance, enhancing your work environment, to develop the relevant skills to deal effectively with adversity.
